Project includes full demolition of existing interior walls and interior build out to create office spaces for several county departments. New ADA compliant restrooms, wellness rooms and break areas. MEP scope to include new RTU’s, ductwork, electrical and Data/IT systems, new gas-powered generator and new fire protection system. Exterior scope to include exterior wall panel repainting, new curtainwall system, exterior parking area restriping, new parking access gates, exterior fencing, accessible parking improvements and new roofing system.
