Kaelob Capel draws on his past experience as a project engineer and building inspector in fulfilling his responsibilities as the Director of Illinois Operations. “I enjoy being onsite and collaborating with the subcontractors to achieve the overall goal of exceeding a client’s expectations.”  His ability to manage daily on-site project needs and communicate in a diplomatic manner with all parties allows him to guide each project to successful completion.

When asked about her role at Broeren Russo, Amy Bergman notes, “I like that every day is different with new challenges.”  As the VP of HR and Administration, Amy has the unique opportunity to interact with all Broeren Russo projects in some capacity, from bidding to final completion.  Amy assists project managers and estimators with information management and distribution, works on pre- and post-bid document control, serves as a contact point for contract administration, and handles all Human Resource functions.
