“I am drawn to challenges and working on a winning team,” notes David Kay, Superintendent. After graduating from The Citadel, David worked in the commercial construction industry for the next 30 years, building a diverse portfolio of projects including 18-story oceanfront high rises, military housing, and college apartments. David’s most memorable project included interactions with the legendary Arnold Palmer during the construction of his RiverTown Country Club. David actively engages with building officials to establish trust and build  positive relationships, which facilitates smooth project approvals and inspections.
