Borders Bookstore Champaign, IL Architect: PFDA Broeren Russo served as general contractor for this 20,000-square-foot, stand-alone bookstore, which was built during the winter. Broeren Russo was responsible for all aspects of construction, including coordination of owner-furnished furniture, fixtures and equipment. |

Savoy 16 Savoy, IL Architect: MHB Design Broeren Russo served as general contractor for this theatre renovation and addition. Two new stadium seating theatres were added along with the conversion of four existing theatres to stadium seating. Styrofoam blocks were used as a sub-base for the stadium seating. The theatre was kept open during all phases of construction. | |

Towne Center Champaign, IL Architect: Arcline Associates Several of the nation's leading retailers are located in this 80,000 square-foot retail center. Built on a 10-acre site, elevation differences and each tenant's national vendor relatioships posed unique challenges. The complex is composed of a structural steel frame with precast wall panels surrounding three sides of the building and brick/EIFS at the storefronts. Broeren Russo also handled the interior buildout for three of the five stores. | |

Slumberland Responsible for all aspects of the construction, including the shell and finish out, we continued our retail expertise along Town Center Boulevard with this 40,000 square foot split face block exterior wall showroom and warehouse. The facility features an expansive EIFS entrance façade, unique interior display partitions and accent lighting.
One year after completion of this building, BRCI was again called upon to add on an additional 4,000 square feet of warehouse space. |

Blossom Basket, Garber’s Cleaners and Newberry’s Black Belt Academy BRCI served as the General Contractor for this retail strip center in the Village at the Crossing Center and was responsible for the shell and finish out construction. |
