Parkview Senior Homes Savoy, IL Architect: Rondal Gower and Associates This senior living complex is comprised of 176 one and two-bedroom apartments and 16 separate garage buildings. The vinyl-sided exterior features brick wainscot at the perimeters while a cupola sits atop the building allowing light to flood the lobby/atrium area. The complex also includes a community center designed for multi-purpose activities. |

Bel Aire West Las Vegas, NV Architect: PFD of Las Vegas Broeren Russo served as construction consultant for this expansive, congregate care facility which consists of 166 one and two-bedroom apartment homes. Among the numerous amenities are a swimming pool, putting green, skin and body spa, fitness center, full-service beauty salon, card and billiards room, library with fireplace and seating area, business center with Internet access, commercial kitchen and ice cream parlor. |

Tower on Third Champaign, IL Architect: Architectural Spectrum This project required converting 12 floors of an existing 21-story hotel to luxury two-bedroom apartments as well as upgrading or replacing all mechanical and electrical systems. The first floor lobby was remodeled to include a beauty salon and on-site management office, while the lower level was renovated for a laundry facility, fitness room, computer room and large screen TV lounge. | |

Park Place Tower Located in the heart of the University of Illinois campus, this 72,000 sq. ft. midrise features luxury student apartments atop ground level retail space. Broeren Russo constructed the tower using a structured steel system with poured in-place concrete over metal decking. A skylit atrium is visible from every floor and all apartments offer curved balconies. In addition, the ninth floor features a 7,000 sq.ft. plaza that serves as a public recreation area for residents. | |

Delray Grande This 125 unit facility features independent senior luxury condominiums constructed with four separate wings, three stories each, and is connected to a center core area which serves the residents with a restaurant, hair salon, recreation area, library and conference center. An expansive porte cochere welcomes the residents while the entire acreage features massive Florida type landscaping and includes a swimming pool and associated cabana. | |

Meadowview Apartments BRCI served as the Construction Manager for this Illinois Housing Development Authority facility and is constructed with spacious one, two and three bedroom units, a large community room, detached garages, a fitness center and a playground area. |

Stratford Residences Constructed in downtown Urbana, this four-story structure contains forty-one handicap accessible and two efficiency residences. Each unit is furnished with wood cabinetry, granite counters and ceramic tile flooring. BRCI began construction in the Fall of 2004, battled a tough Midwestern winter and still completed the project within the Owner’s required deadline of August 2005. |
