Logan's Roadhouse
Waco, TX

The Texas Division of Broeren Russo served as the Construction Manager of this Prototype 1. We continue to partner and construct "The Real American Roadhouse" for Logan's, headquartered in Nashville TN, primarily in the Southeastern, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-Western regions of the United States.

Springfield, IL

After demolition of an existing fast food restaurant, this highly visible establishment was constructed in 120 days with the use of panelized exterior walls, completely finished off site and shipped to the jobsite. Broeren Russo served as the Construction Manager on this project and the entire work force was hired from the Springfield IL area.

Potbelly Sandwich Works - Noodles & Co - Starbucks
Champaign and Normal IL

Demolition of an existing fast food restaurant made way for Broeren Russo to construct a combination Potbelly Sandwich Works/Noodles & Co. on the campus of Illinois State University in Normal, IL. An established relationship with the Tartan Realty Group provided us another opportunity for construction of a similar retail development anchored by Potbelly's and Starbucks on Green St. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
