Green Street Towers Project
The 19th floor has been poured. Drywall and interior finishes are in progress at the 9th and 10th floors and progressing up through the building. Exterior finishes have begun at the podium. The final push for occupancy for the fall semester is on. | |
Continuing to form and pour the North wall of the excavation. There is waterproofing on the West, East, and North walls and we are about 85% excavated with plans to start going vertical on the 24th of July with lower level steel. In addition, we are currently underway on the 3rd street road closure to bring the water, sanitary and power into the building. Houlihan’s Restaurant

BRCI has been awarded the Christie Clinic project on Windsor in Urbana. We are responsible for the interior fit-out and anticipate completion in May 2008. Josh Gibson joined our staff as a Project Engineer. Josh will be working on the Larson Apartments Project. Ed Foran joined our staff as a Project Superintendent. Ed is working as a Superintendent at the Hotel & Conference Center. Keith Sargent joined our staff as a Project Engineer. Keith will be the Engineer for Olympian Surgical Suites. Lindsey Terven joined our staff as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Broeren Russo completed the Bilbrey Bandstand at the West Side Park in Champaign. Friday, July 11, 2008 was the dedication ceremony celebrating the life of Terry Bilbrey, the 30th Anniversary of Broeren Russo and the design expertise of Architectural Spectrum.
