At the Gordon Food Service project, finishes and trim-out are underway as the site paving and building façade are finishing up. Occupancy is scheduled for May 28, with the store opening the following month.

At the Broadlands High School the underslab utilities, structural masonry, and structural steel are complete, and the concrete floor slab preparation work is set to begin. The major hurdles at the Homer Elementary and Jr. High School have been overcome with the electrical service being redesigned and installed. Foundations are complete and masonry work is in progress.

Gillespie Apartments is on track to complete by August of 2010 as planned. We will begin installation of the interior doors next week and hope to turnover a minimum of three floors for owner furniture by end of June. The site sidewalks and patios are scheduled to start the week of 5/24.
